Who we are?

Our loans can be classed as low doc or at times even no doc.

We normally provide same day approval with settlement as soon as the legal documents are ready. We tailor our loans to the client’s desires, needs and situation, often capitalising all or part of the interest if cashflow is tight.

All loans require an exit strategy, however a sympathetic ear is provided in all cases.

Because Que Capital holds and Australian Credit Licence (370981), we are authorised to write consumer loans as well as business to business loans.

What we offer

We do not pool funds but we do invite investors to partner us in individual secured loans.

We mostly secure loans with 1st or 2nd mortgages. We usually do not lend outside capital cities or large regional cities. Investors are provided with all relevant details at the time so that an informed decision can be made.

Returns will vary but can be expected to be in the 15% per annum region.

I am the Director and Responsible Officer of Que Capital Pty Ltd a licenced credit provider based in Perth Western Australia, I am passionate about being solutions orientated and strive to have a win win outcome.

With over 25 years’ experience working in Financial Planning and the Finance industry, I am attuned to my client’s needs and ambitions and Finding financial solutions for them is in my DNA.

A little bit more about me...

Prior to starting Que Capital in 2007 I was a Financial Planner and dealt mainly with self employed people and small businesses. That gave me a first-hand view of what the small investment scene was about.

At one stage of my working life I was also a finance broker which gave me a front row seat to the finance and banking industry and how difficult the banks were to deal with.

I started Que Capital because I could see a need in the market for alternative finance without the hassles that the banks put people through.
